Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026At Kuben Digital we take care of the information you entrust to us. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are. This is an English translation; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
01Data controller
The controller of your data is Kuben LLC, operating under the trade name Kuben Digital, with its registered address in the State of Wyoming, United States.
02What information we collect
- Data you send us: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the information you give us to build your site, such as text, photos, logo, services and hours.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Browsing data: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate, without tracking cookies.
- Communications: the messages we exchange by WhatsApp or email.
03How we use your information
- To provide the services you purchased: designing, publishing and maintaining your site.
- To communicate with you about your project, payments and support.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
04Who we share your information with
We only share the necessary information with the providers that allow us to deliver the service, such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and visit analytics), domain providers, form tools, Google and WhatsApp. Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when required by law.
05Data from visitors to our clients' sites
When we build a site for a client, the data its visitors leave, for example in a contact form, belongs to that client, who is responsible for its use. We only process it to provide the site's technical service.
06How long we keep data
We keep your information while you have active services with us and for as long as needed to meet legal or accounting obligations or to resolve possible claims. After that we delete or anonymize it.
07Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and restricted account access. No system is completely foolproof, but we work to keep risks to a minimum.
08Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving communications that are not necessary for the service. Depending on the state where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights. To exercise them, write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
09Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and not at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on our website with its update date.
